Through our 5-Session Strength & Conditioning Intensive, we bridge the gap between generalized exercise knowledge deficit and high-performance living. Using the principles of Flexible Linear Periodization, our National Academy of Sports certified trainer has additional specialty certification via the Medical Rehab Fitness Institute's Fundamentals of Medical Fitness program.
Our program is designed to move you beyond "just exercising" and teach you the science of how to train your own body.
The 5-Session Journey
Our goal is simple: In five sessions, you will transition from novice to an informed, confident trainee.

Session 1: The Blueprint. Comprehensive movement assessment and introduction to the "Flexible Linear" model. We establish your baseline and your first "line" of progression.

Session 2: Mastering the Load. Learning how to safely apply stress to the body. You’ll learn how to interpret "RPE" (Rate of Perceived Exertion) so you know exactly when to push and when to pivot. We provide access to proper form videos, and are able to assess and guide you either at your home gym via virtual support, or, if you are local to Nanaimo or Victoria, we may also be able to provide in-person guidance at your local gym or home.

Session 3: The "Flexible" Pivot. Life isn't linear, and your training shouldn't be either. We teach you how to adjust your workout based on sleep, stress, and recovery without losing progress. This session is designed to assess your comfort with the familiarization phase of your strength and conditioning program.

Session 4: Program Architecture. You take the driver's seat. We work together to design your upcoming blocks of training, ensuring you understand the why behind every movement. We add a little more weight and sets (if you feel ready...most do!).

Session 5: Graduation & Confidence. A final technical checkout. You leave with a personalized roadmap, the skills to progress your own weights and design your progressive program independently from the trainer. Our goal is to have you feel confident to walk into any gym on earth because you know what you are doing!
